Crispy Lamb Fat that can be used as a garnish or snack
Ingredients:
1/2 pound lamb fat, cut into small pieces
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread the lamb fat pieces out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
