Beef London Broil
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef London broil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, and black pepper.
Place the London broil in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it.
Seal the bag and refrigerate the London broil for at least 2 hours or overnight, turning the bag occasionally to coat the meat in the marinade.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat.
Remove the London broil from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
Grill the London broil for 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
Remove the London broil from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
Serve the sliced London broil with your favorite side dishes, such as grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, or a fresh salad
