The Best Kosher Bison Burger


1 pound ground bison
1/4 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (make sure they are kosher certified)
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 burger buns (make sure they are kosher certified)
Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard, etc.
